The Georgetown South Architectural Committee is responsible for reviewing and approving new improvements and proposed construction enhancements to all exterior areas of homes within the community. The ARC work together with the GTS Board of Trustees and reports all ARC issues/concerns. The GTS ARC meet with homeowners regarding their home inspections and any ARC applications the homeowner submits, the ARC meets every 1st Monday of each month at the GTS Community Center at 6pm.
