You can pay your dues automatically with automatic payments. Visit www.cabanc.com for more information. You will need the information off of your coupon booklet and your checking account and routing number to complete the process.

The current monthly HOA Assessment is $65 a month.  Effective January 16th, 2010, the late fee will rise from $20.00 to $35.00 per month that an account is past due.  This increase is to offset fees associated with sending out mailings informing the owner that they are past-due.

Parking Information

To get a temporary parking permit (for one night), call the Manassas City Police at 703-257-8000. They will take down the vehicle color, year, make and model and give you a parking permit number. This must be displayed on the dashboard in plain sight for parking enforcement.

To get a long term temporary permit (if you just moved here), go to the GTS office (9444 Taney Rd) during normal business hours. They will need your vehicle information to give you a 2 week permit. They may require more information to process your request, so please call ahead (703-361-4500).
