The Georgetown South Community Council, Inc. is a non-profit Homeowners Association comprised of 860 town homes in the heart of the City of Manassas, Virginia.

This web site facilitates communication between the community, prospective owners and GTS by providing quick and easy access to important information about Georgetown South, GTS Community Council, and Manassas, Virginia and to encourage home ownership in Georgetown South.

If you need to contact the office, please call 703-361-4500. The office is open Monday thru Friday (except Tuesday) from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM and Tuesday from 10:30-7:00 PM. The office is located at 9444 Taney Rd. Suite 100, Manassas, VA. 20110.

The Georgetown South Board of Trustees has decided to have quarterly official board meetings. The first one will be the Annual Meeting on March 9. The board will continue to meet for a workshop once a month and that first meeting will be 6pm on Tuesday, January 12. All meetings are open.
